Nodal technology and peripherals

Up to one million STRYDE Nodes™ and the associated peripheral hardware required to deploy, retrieve and handle the nodes efficiently and effectively.

The Mobile Node Download Unit (MNDU)

The MNDU houses up to six Nest Racks and is designed to enable very large-scale seismic operations with high spread rotation rates of up to 20,000 channels per day. Two MNDUs can be used simultaneously to enable up to 40,000 channels to be rolled daily.

What's included:

Nest racks

The Pro System™ can be equipped with up to six pre-installed racks containing six node charge and harvesting nests, each of which can handle 3,240 nodes simultaneously. Fully equipped, this system can rotate 19,440 nodes in 24 hours.


Motorised lift system

An ergonomic motorised lifting system to allow a single operator to safely handle magazine trays in and out of the node test system and charging and harvesting racks.

Rollerbenches

Entry and exit rollerbenches are provided to enable efficient movement of nodes into and out of the container.

Node test system

A node test system is provided for periodic testing of nodes to ensure equipment health.

STRYDE Software

Easy to use, tailor-made, software for efficient seismic survey field operations, data harvesting, and quality assurance, enabling precision navigation and deployment, 45+ days of autonomous recording, data and metadata quality control and nav-merged data outputs.

The Mobile Node Cleaning Unit (MNCU)

The node cleaning container is equipped with a dedicated cleaning area and fitted with ergonomic lift, washing and drying stations, racks and air-conditioning - allowing up to 40,000 nodes to be cleaned per 24 hours.
